DELIVERY & RETURN
Our products are delivered by Internet download only. After you have purchased, our system will notify us and will automatically send your product key and download link via email. Orders are typically processed within minutes but could take as long as an hour due to unavoidable circumstances.
Should you have any problems whatsoever or if you did not receive the digital product, our customer service chat support is always online to assist you. Once order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address that you have provided on the order form.
Your electronic purchase receipt will be sent to your email and a second email will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
You will receive an instant digital delivery of all codes/keys (digital products) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once an order is placed, payment has been processed and approved, and security checks have taken place, your product code/key is instantly delivered to you.
If you are not satisfied with our products and are still within 30 days of your original purchase date, your request for a refund on an unactivated keys will be honored, no questions asked.
Next day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:
- The order is placed before the specified cut off time and all security checks have been completed.
- All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
- Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
- Delivery is to a US address, post code restrictions apply. Please contact us for a list of restricted postcodes.
- Applies to next working day, excludes bank holidays and Sundays.
- Product restrictions apply to products that don’t ship directly from warehouse
- Only available on items shipping directly from the warehouse
We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When an order is placed online or through our customer service department, the estimated time frame for delivery is based upon several factors, including the destination, shipping method, and when the order was placed.
Most products ship same day. Here are estimated processing and delivery time frames for each shipping method:
- Ground: 1-2 days processing time. 4 – 10 Business days for delivery
- Express Saver:1-2 days processing time. 2 – 3 Business days for delivery
- Standard Overnight:1-2 days processing time. 1 Business day for delivery.
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from digitaldatasafe.com. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee – If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, no problem. You can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt of the item. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods, you have 28 calendar days to return it to us. Once the item is received at dgkbox.com, we’ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. Business customers have 5 days to return an item as not required, providing it is unopened, and may be charged a restocking fee.
Non Receipt Of Items
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed.
Holiday Return Policies
Shopping during the holidays can be stressful. That’s why we’re offering the Extended Holiday Return Policy and the Extended Holiday Replacement-Only Return Policy for certain products. To determine if a product is covered by the Extended Holiday Return Policy or the Extended Holiday Replacement-Only Return Policy, please check the Warranty & Returns tab on the item’s product page.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it’s more than 45 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. For business customers all warranty repairs after 45 days of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated).
